Cliffs of Moher in July

Even if you visit Cliffs of Moher in summer the first thing to remember would be the wind, it’s insane there, it might literally blow you off your feet, so take a scarf and a windproof jacket!

If you go to the left side you will face a border pretty soon, but no one actually stops there, you can climb the fence and continue walking without the wall separating you from the view. Not if you are afraid of heights ofc ) The cliffs reach their maximum height of 214 metres and this is a breathtaking view I must say.

It was always hard for me to take photos of the Cliffs for some reason. I never liked the photos and I don’t think I ever posted them, even though I’ve been to Cliffs of Moher quite a few times in the past.

This was one of the better attempts, but I am still not entirely satisfied ) The weather was very good, that helped.

Why is the dude sitting on the ledge?

Maybe he came there with his relatives too.

Jesus, that kid in the second pic must have a death wish. Cliffs are eroding all the time, there’s no way it can be safe to sit there! Nice pics though, reminds me of that scene in Frozen Planet when some people in, … er… Siberia or something are abseiling down the cliff to collect bird eggs to eat using just a thin little rope.

Hmm it must look different in Siberia )
I think there was some ground beneath the guy though I am not sure.
