“Idaho” is a small cafe in a side street near Debenhams in the city center. I passed it by a lot of times in the past, but didn’t think of stopping by. I rarely go to the cafes where they mainly serve deserts or lunch food, but nightshift opened some new opportunities for me I guess. So in the last 2 weeks we often stopped by “Idaho” in the morning (it opens pretty early, we went there around 8.30 and it was long open).
The cafe is cozy and nice, people spend their mornings there reading papers having a cup of hot coffee and warm waffels with a maple sirup. The owner is really cool and friendly by the way )
I used to order the porridge there, but looks like deserts are fabulous there as well. So anyway, if you happen to be in the Cork city early in the morning – breakfast in Idaho is definitely something to try.
