Halloween in Cork: street fashion

Last night I took my camera for a walk to take pictures of the Halloween costumes and people partying around. There were so many crazy awesome costumes and wild makeups! I never realized that on Halloween streets of Cork turn into one huge party. Looks like most of the pubs arranged something, streets were full of people wandering from one party to another, actively drinking and having fun.

I rarely take street photos, but this time I could not resist – thank you everyone who agreed to get the photo taken, I really enjoyed it! If you somehow find your picture here, please tell me in the comments )

    Haha, great costumes… Frenchies never do this :( Seems to be a British/Irish/American thing alas :(

      But how do they celebrate Halloween there in France? Do they decorate houses or something? And what about trick of treat?
      Here in Ireland it seems like there is not much trick or treating going on, but a lot of parties and booze and drunk happy zombies on the streets )

        Mmm, drunk, happy, slutty zombies… it feels so wrong to find fake-blood and brain covered girls “hot” :p

        As for France… they, er… don’t. Supermarkets might put up a few decorations in their doorway… some spider-webs, a picture of a pumpkin or something, but they don’t celebrate it really at all… I’ve never seen any parties or trick-or-treating or anything. Just as well really… last thing I want is some annoying kids knocking on my door every 5 minutes demanding candy. My candy is mine! :D

          Haha ) I wish I lived in a house so I could decorate it and give away candies) The only thing I could decorate is my balcony (
